BOOKING CONDITIONS

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• All reservations must be confirmed with an order number, a   credit card / full payment prior to arrival.

• Should a confirmed reservation not be taken up on the day of arrival a no show   fee equal to the full amount will be raised.

Please note that cancellation fees are charged as follows:

• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival in high season (December to March)   subject to a 25 % charge of total accommodation

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival (all seasons) - 50% of total   accommodation charges.

• Cancellations within 2 days of arrival date (all seasons) - 100% of total   accommodation charges.

• At certain peak times a non-refundable deposit may be required to guarantee   reservations

We are unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per bedroom. We regret, that pets are strictly not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired. Rooms are ready for occupation by 14h00 and must be vacated by 11h00 on the day of departure.
